The sanction for not submitting form 721 on time may vary depending on the circumstances of the specific case, but so that you can get an idea, it could range between a minimum of 300 euros, and a maximum of 20,000 euros, at a rate of 20 euros for each piece of data, or set of data referring to the same person that you should have reported.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Can I be sanctioned if I submit form 721, but I do it with errors?<\/summary>\n
